If your iPad device is new, and has never been used for KaarbonTech apps previously, you will need to discover your device's UDID and register it with KaarbonTech first to allow your device to install our Private app. Please see this article for instructions.
From the home screen of your tablet, tap the Safari icon.

In the address bar, enter the URL for your Tree SMART website, and add /apps to the end. For example, If the address of your system is https://treesmartarb.kaarbontech.co.uk, then the download address would be https://treesmartarb.kaarbontech.co.uk/apps.

The latest apps will always be displayed. Scroll down to the iOS section to see the latest iOS apps.
Tap Download for the required app. You may see the following available app types depending on your system configuration and subscribed modules:
- Tree / Default: This app is required for your day-to-day gully cleaning work. You will normally only see gullies in this app, unless it has been customised to also show catchpits and soakaways.
- Survey: This app is used by our internal surveyors when they are performing survey work on your behalf.
- Contractor: A cut down app for your contractor that only allows them to download work that has been assigned to them.
When prompted, tap Install to download and install the app to your iPad.

Return to the homescreen and you will see the app is now installed.

If this is the first time you have installed a Kaarbontech app on this device, you will be prompted to enable Developer Mode before you can use the app. Follow the instructions in this article.
