When referring to both Service Requests and the assigned operations in work packages, there are two similar but distinct options of Inspect and Survey.
The difference between the two is:
Survey: This is to perform a full survey of the tree, and would be used in most cases. In general, you would definitely use Survey when visiting a site for the first time and mapping trees into the system.
Inspect: This can be to add an inspection to a tree for any visit to the tree, such as remedial work that does not have a designated service request. You can also use inspect when a full survey is not required.
