When inspecting assets you may see some that have an X displayed on them. The X means that the asset is not maintained by your organisation.
This may be because it is an old tree or group that has been felled or replaced,or it may have been added as a duplicate accidentally. It may also be an asset that was added to the system but is in fact privately owned or maintained.
Whatever the reason, the X means it is not maintained by your organisation and you should not be recording inspections on the asset unless specifically asked to.
