Gully SMART FAQ - What is a Service Request?

Service Requests are tasks or operations that can be raised on assets over and above the normal cyclical work that is undertaken on the asset network.

This can be follow-up work such as jetting or root cutting, remedial work such as cover replacements or lid release, or supplementary work such as CCTV surveys and investigating unknown issues.

Service requests can be raised by office staff through the office interface, or by crews attending the assets who determine that more work is required to bring the asset up to standard.

Raising a service request sets the task as required on the asset and allows you to track the work from being raised to completion, assign the work through work packages, and then report on the work after completion.
