When inspecting assets you may see some that have an X displayed on them rather than the usual G for gullies. The X means that the asset has been archived and is not a live asset in the system.
This may be because it is an old gully that has been replaced as part of street scene updates, or it may have been added as a duplicate accidentally. It may also be an asset that was added to the system but is in fact privately owned or maintained.
Whatever the reason, the X means it is archived and you should not be recording inspections on the asset unless specifically asked to.
